Digital Product Policy
Mission Buddy delivers a personalised digital PDF immediately after payment. Because the product is generated and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the PDF has been emailed to you.
Exceptions — We Will Regenerate For Free If:
- The PDF was not delivered to your email within 30 minutes of payment
- The PDF contains garbled, incomplete, or clearly incorrect content
- The activities generated are not age-appropriate for the details you provided
To request a regeneration, email hello@missionbuddy.in with your order details within 7 days of purchase. We will regenerate and resend your PDF within 24 hours.
Payment Failures
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive a PDF, email us immediately at hello@missionbuddy.in. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
