YUSHAL ENTERPRISES ("we", "us", "our") operates missionbuddy.in. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect: parent name (optional), child's first name, child's age band, child's gender, interests, and your email address. We collect payment information through Razorpay — we never store your card details directly. We also store a record of your order — including your Razorpay payment ID, order ID, and the details you submitted (child's name, age, interests, and your email) — in our secure database. This record is used for order tracking, customer support, and resolving any delivery issues. It is access-restricted and not visible to any party other than Yushal Enterprises.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to generate your personalised activity PDF and deliver it to your email. Your child's details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the activity content and are not stored beyond the generation of your PDF. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate: Anthropic (AI content generation), Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payment processing), Gotenberg (PDF generation). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Order and payment records, including the details above, are retained for a maximum of 90 days for customer support and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by Indian tax or financial regulations.
Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email us at hello@missionbuddy.in to exercise these rights.
